The Remote Agent is comprised of two independent drivers:
Device Driver: The Remote Agent Device driver allows you to bind to a Control4 remote (SR150, SR250 and SR260) in order to customize the Control4 interface with a icon that allows for locating the remote as well as displaying additional remote information.
Webview Driver: The Remote Agent Webview driver provides you with a beatuiful user interface for your Control4 touchscreen that allows you to control various remote settings as well as to locate remotes found in your Control4 smart home. The webview driver is compatible with all Control4 remotes (SR150, SR250, SR260 and Neeo)

Webview Icons
Additionally, the Webview driver allows users to adjust settings for all Control4 remotes and comes with two icon states: Normal and Offline.
The Webview Driver shows a complete list of all the Control4 remotes in the house and allows homeowners to adjust the display and backlight levels on the remote, check battery percentage, and more.
Device Icons
The Remote Agent comes preloaded with three icon styles that include Normal, Locating, Disconnected, and Offline (SR260 only) states. The driver automatically selects the correct icon style that represents the specific Control4 remote in the project - SR150, SR250, or SR260.

Discover the Power of Control with UniFi and Control4
With the Control4 T3/T4 touchscreens, customers can access network events, devices, and clients in realtime. This driver has five key features:
Wifi control- enable and disable wifi at the touch of a button. No need to reach behind a couch or cabinet and blindly try to unplug the power to the router or modem. Clients can even turn off guest wifi while leaving the main wifi network on.

Power control - looking for a better power management solution? UniFi power plug is a compact, single smart plug that allows users to control any electrical outlet through Control4. Homeowners can easily reboot devices via the GUI instead of manually unplugging and plugging back in a power cord for a given device.

Client control - create an icon on the GUI for a specific client to allow homeowners to connect or disconnect specific devices from the network. This gives users control over what devices are accessible at various times. For example, parents could easily block the Apple TVs, Roku, or gaming system in the kid's room or game room when the kids are grounded. Parents can also block such devices at certain times of the day, ensuring the kids can't watch TV or play games in the middle of the night.

Speed control - test the speed of your wifi with the press of a button. Many users want to be sure they are receiving the internet speed they are paying for. This driver aspect allows for simple speed checks whenever needed.

PoE control - remove power from PoE devices such as wifi access points, cameras, touchscreens, etc, expanding control of the network even further. For example, many clients like the idea of indoor cameras, but do not want them on when they are home. This driver makes that possible! Cameras can be programmed to turn off when the homeowner's device connects to the network.

Will auto updates still work?
Yes. As long as you have the DriverCentral Cloud driver installed in the project, auto updates will continue to work for the DoorBird driver.
If you already have a DoorBird driver, what does this mean?
Existing driver users will not be affected by this change - the existing drivers will continue to function normally.
How do I get support?
DriverCentral will continue to provide technical support for this driver and all others on the site.
